This policy explains what personal information Suryon Industries Private Limited (“Suryon”, “we”) collects on suryon.co.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Enquiry form data: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number, product interest and the message you write. You provide this voluntarily when you send an enquiry.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.
We do not run advertising trackers. If we add website analytics (such as Google Analytics) we will update this policy to say so.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare the quotation you asked for.
- To manage our business relationship with you (orders, delivery, support) in our internal ERP/CRM system.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Who we share it with
Enquiry data travels through our email delivery provider (Brevo) and lands in our internal business system, where only our sales and management team can see it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We disclose information only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Indian data protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. Write to info@suryon.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
