The people behind the product
Suryon is a young manufacturer in Surat and part of the Flame Solren group. What we make — mounting structures, electrical panels and components — is built, checked and packed by our own people.
Nobody here is far from the work. A drawing becomes a cut section, a panel gets wired and inspected, and a site kit is packed and sent out with its paperwork — and the same people see it through.

A day on the floor
What happens between a drawing and a dispatch, and where the day goes.

Material in
Steel arrives with its mill certificate. Grade and coating are checked before anything is cut, and components are batch-checked on arrival.

Cut and formed
Sections are cut, punched, bent and welded into the members that hold an array up.

Panels built
Enclosures are prepared, components mounted, and wiring ferruled and labelled.

Checked in process
Dimensions and fit are checked at each stage. Wiring is read against the drawing before a panel closes.

Kitted per array
Structure members, fasteners, panels and components are packed as one site kit.

Out with its paperwork
Final inspection, electrical tests and a packing checklist. Test reports and the BOM travel with the consignment.

Two places, ten minutes of Surat between them.
The factory
A purpose-built fabrication and assembly setup in Surat, Gujarat, where every product is made, inspected and documented before dispatch.
The office
Rio Business Hub in Mota Varachha, Surat, where orders, drawings, purchase and customer questions are handled.
The rest of the year
Work is most of it, not all of it.
