A purpose-built fabrication and assembly setup in Surat, Gujarat — where every product is made, inspected and documented before dispatch.

- Steel fabrication — cutting, punching, bending and welding of structural sections for mounting systems.
- Panel building — enclosure preparation, component mounting, wiring, ferruling and labelling.
- Assembly & kitting — complete site kits: structure members, fasteners, panels and components packed per array.
- Testing & documentation — dimensional checks, coating verification, electrical testing; reports travel with the material.
Quality, stage by stage

Incoming material
Steel grade and coating verified against mill certificates before it enters the line. Components batch-checked on arrival.

In process
Dimensional and fit checks at each fabrication stage; wiring inspected against the drawing before panels close.

Pre-dispatch
Final inspection, electrical tests, packing checklist and documentation — test reports and BOM travel with every consignment.
